1. How do I find an event?
There are three ways of finding events in the DRWM.
1.1 Position your mouse over a highlighted date. This will result in the event name and category being displayed. For further information on a particular event, simply click on the highlighted date - this will take you to the event detail page.
1.2 On the home page you will find all events listed under their relevant categories. Either click on the event category and all events under this heading will subsequently be displayed and you can brows through them. Alternatively you can click directly on a specific event listed under the various categories.
1.3 You can search for any event in the DRWM by any key word, in its description or title, or you can search for any event in any category on any part of the site. The search box is always located on the top right hand corner of the website.
2. How do I order tickets?
2.1 Adding tickets to your basket
When you find an item you wish to buy, enter the number of items you would like to order in the box next to the price and then click on 'Add'. This will place that number of items in the shopping basket (subject to availability).
To place your order, at any time, click on Checkout (which is displayed on the right hand side of the page). This will take you to the final order screen and will process your payment. If you have ordered more tickets than are available for a particular event, at the checkout you will be informed of the number of available seats and asked to reselect the number of tickets you wish to order.
Registering with the NLW shop will ensure that you do not have to enter your delivery details every time you order. We do not keep payment details on the system and you may remove your registration at any time.
What credit cards are accepted on this site?
WorldPay accepts payments by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Maestro in Sterling, Euros or Dollars.
Is it safe to use credit and debit cards on this site?
Yes, all financial transactions are via WorldPay which is experienced in providing online credit card payment facilities. We do not process any payments through our servers at The National Library of Wales.

- I've added too many items to my basket. How do I delete them?
You can remove or update items in your basket by clicking on 'Shopping Basket - View' on the main toolbar, and either select empty basket or update basket. - I accidentally shut down my browser before I could complete my shopping, what do I do?
Your shopping basket will be saved in the browser 'memory' for one hour or until you turn your computer off. You should see your shopping basket in the top right hand corner of the website when you log back in. - Your website doesn't display correctly and I can't add anything to the shopping basket.
You need Netscape 6, Mozilla 1.4, Opera 6 or Internet Explorer 5.5 or better to be able to use this website properly. You must also have cookies and javascript enabled in order to use the shopping basket. - Can I have tickets sent to a different address?
Yes, when you register or reach the checkout you will be given the option to give a different address to the address your credit/debit card is registered to. - How will I know that my order has been received?
As soon as your order has been received you will receive an email from orders@llgc.org.uk informing you of this. - How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from orders@llgc.org.uk informing you of this. - How will I know if you have any special events or there are new events listed on DRWM?
If you add your email address to our mailing list which can be found on the DRWM home page, we will let you know of any special offers or new goods added to the DRWM website. - Does The National Library of Wales run a shop where I can call in and buy items?
Yes, the Library's physical ticket office is located in The National Library in Aberystwyth and is open from 9:30 to 5:00 Monday to Saturday (10:00 to 5:00 on Tuesdays and closed 12:45 to 1:30 on Saturdays). - Where do I collect my tickets from if I stated that I would collect tickets from the venue?
The ticket office is located at The National Library of Wales shop, which can be found on the Library's lower level.
